Payment Information

Payment information is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. We only store your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.

What We DON'T Collect or Store

Your documents are never permanently stored.

We process your documents entirely in memory. Once your processed document is downloaded, it is immediately deleted from our servers. We never store the content of your documents, placeholder values, or any sensitive information contained within your files.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

  • Provide and improve our document processing service
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Send important service updates and billing notifications
