Payment information is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. We only store your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Manage your account and subscription
• Send important service updates and billing notifications
• Track usage limits based on your subscription tier

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with:

• Supabase: Database and authentication provider
• Google Cloud: Document processing infrastructure
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Loops: Newsletter and email delivery (only if you subscribe)
• Google Analytics: Anonymized website usage analytics (only if you accept cookies)

These service providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and only process data on our behalf.

Newsletter & Email

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we share your email address (and whether you have an account) with Loops (loops.so), our email delivery provider, so we can send you product updates and tips. The legal basis for this is your consent, which you give by subscribing.

You can withdraw consent at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe from your account settings. Withdrawing consent stops all newsletter emails and removes you from the list.

Loops is based in the United States, so subscribing involves transferring your email address outside the UK/EU. Loops processes this data under its own privacy policy. We never share your email with Loops unless you choose to subscribe.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data transmitted over HTTPS encryption
• Secure authentication via Google OAuth
• Documents processed in isolated, temporary environments
• Regular security audits and updates
• No permanent storage of document content

• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This helps us improve the product.

Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via our cookie banner — you can decline, and we will not load Google Analytics. We do not sell your data, and we never track the contents of the documents you upload.
